ACCESS’ international team of experienced volunteers can provide practical information, advice, support and services to assist with all aspects of moving to or living in the Netherlands, whether you are a well-travelled expat or a first-timer on an international assignment. Their English-speaking services include a multilingual helpline, courses, a counselling referral service and a range of publications assisting expats in the Netherlands.
ACCESS offers a walk-in helpdesk service for internationals at the Word Trade Centre at Strawinskylaan 1767/ Tower Two, first floor, Amsterdam. Starting from the 26 June 2023, the new schedule will be as follows:
ACCESS available in person and online:
Monday, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 09:30 to 12:30, 13:00 to 16:00
Wednesdays and Fridays from 09:30 to 12:30
ACCESS available online only:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 13:00 to 16:00
