The Gastronout (formerly know as Bar Bistro Bravour) in the Dapperstraat in the East part of Amsterdam, puts a worldly twist on French cuisine. So well stocked wine glasses, wide choice of beer and cocktails. On the menu you will find seasonal dishes, which you can enjoy in a casual atmosphere.
The Gastronout remains the same casual bistro where our team takes our guests on an evening out, and the place for an extensive dinner or summer cocktail, with delicious classics on the menu as everyone of us is used to.
The restaurant works closely with specialized fish, meat and vegetable suppliers with the aim of offering mainly seasonal classics, with the emphasis on locally harvested products from the vegetable garden as much as possible. The influences in the kitchen come from 'all over the world' and with all dishes there is a choice of carefully selected wines, which complete the whole.
The menu will thus be a fusion of recognizable dishes with a wide variety of preparation methods and clear influence of different cultures as a mirror of the Dapperbuurt itself, executed with the skill and love that also characterized Bravour.
