Baked potato with delicious toppings
A Jacketz is a large baked potato. The skin is crispy with ingrained salt flakes, tasty and high in fiber. The potato flesh is flavored with real Norman crème fraîche, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and freshly ground pepper. The Jacketz can be filled with a vegetarian, fish or meat filling and is decorated with different cheeses, nut mixes, bacon and homemade sauces.
